Stewart is the consummate host and has over 20 years of experience in hospitality and events. As the Operating Partner of the new venture, El Dorado by Boca Bento, Stewart is joined by Partners, Alberto Ardissone, Alice Ardissone and Homero Santiago.

Stewart understands every step of the event process . . . “Responsive” is his middle name, and he will be delighted to create a one-of-a-kind event for you and your guests. Prior to moving to Puerto Vallarta, Stewart was the Senior Vice President of Paula LeDuc Fine Catering, the most renowned caterer in the San Francisco Bay Area whose client’s included San Francisco’s A-List. Stewart worked for Carlson Hospitality and Restaurants Worldwide as the Sales and Event Manager for eleven properties and hosted special events up to 1,000 people. Additionally, Stewart successfully started and operated his own fine dining restaurant and catering company in Warsaw, Poland. He also was directly involved as a Senior Manager in two Food & Beverage start-up companies in Europe.
